Simple enough.
Combine in a small bowl
- ¼ cup red pepper flakes (with seeds)
- ¼ to ½ tsp cayenne
Add just enough boiling water to cover and place a plate over the bowl. Meanwhile, prepare
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
After 30 minutes, drain peppers, if needed. In a food processor, combine pepper flakes, garlic and
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 TBL olive oil
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
- ½ tsp cumin
Blend to form a smooth paste.
